If you'd rather not share the address, then providing at least a zip code and a property description (# of bedrooms/bathrooms, square footage, age of the house, etc.) would help us gauge things like neighborhood desirability and rent expectations more accurately.

Also ask the person who did your property inspection if they can recommend someone.Talk to people at the city and ask for a larger map or a description of the property.

Big projects are: carpet, windows, blinds, deep cleaning.I’ve read multiple times about waiting until the house is completely rent ready before marketing, but I feel like I need to break that rule because of my rent deadline and the holiday season.Would you recommend marketing it with or without pictures with how it currently sits with a description about the pending updates?
