Thanks so much, everyone, your advice gives us a lot of food for thought.

I've heard of, but not tried, adding some food coloring to the water in the tank to do the same thing.Sometimes on a new-build house, or one where they've done lots of plumbing work, a plumber will pressurize the lines with air, from a compressor, to check for leaks. 

Besides working on base there is very little job opportunity outside of fast food and entry level retail.

The other one would rather work in fast food. 

However if you have a pump or a water intake issue in most cases the repair will cost over 50% and some times as much as a new basic dishwasher.

Oh how we miss India Palace on 10th and New Hampshire with a glass of Taj Mahal (An Indian beer that tastes great with Indian food).

Through some digging around, Airdna says our Airbnb market averages 47% occupancy rate with $1,250 revenue.I find this hard to believe given the area is 20 minutes or less from the airport, large homes, great neighborhoods, great food nearby. 

My mortgage is $1761/month so not only am I covering that in its entirety but I'm also paying my utilities and my food bill each month while comfortably living for free in a beautiful house in one of the hottest markets around.
