You should be able to download this list in excel spreadsheet.

My credit rating is excellent (low 800's) but no real money to invest.

I listened to the video and decided to purchase a subscription.  

And I know an excellent agent who is familiar with Puyallup, works at a brokerage owned by one of the biggest (as far as volume) investors in Pierce county, IS an investor herself and is super smart.

I can pass along a copy of what I've made if you'd like (it's in Mac format, but I think I can save it as Excel). 

I do this in Excel.  

In contrast though as I read more information and watch more videos(which is how I found this website) I hear about getting properties 100% financed. 

I've seen videos and read lots of random things that have collectively piqued my interest in the real estate world.

Just like any other overlay, either paint, roof, or whatever, you can demo sections have him picture it by layer, or witness it yourself, although i prefer videos rather than climbing. i haven't heard of anything close to it, 3 layers is the most I did.

Excel works too but I prefer Google because its accessible anywhere I can log into my email.
