We moved into this current house for location purposes with the same upkeep intent.When we moved in the previous tenant had lost her bond because she didn't take care of the house, literally it was in bad shape, the shower had never been cleaned for the 8 years she lived there , she somehow managed to bypass rent inspection due to medical reasons, the vertical blinds were broken and stained with oil and sauce?

What I really want to do is buy and hold, I have good credit but only about 1000 dollars in savings.So I am trying to find a job in the real estate industry, I do love to work and will work hard at anything I'm doing, but I must get medical benefits as I have a wife who is having our first baby in Jan.
