Hey everyone.
I've posted here in the past under a different user name.
Anyways, so I'm looking for advice about what kind of job I should get. To tell you a little about myself, I will be graduating college in Dec with a BS in Econ and a math minor and a business management minor.
I have spent the last two years reading everything I could get my hands on about real estate and I recently completed my first wholesale deal for 1500. Nothing to brag about, but I started!
What I really want to do is buy and hold, I have good credit but only about 1000 dollars in savings.
So I am trying to find a job in the real estate industry, I do love to work and will work hard at anything I'm doing, but I must get medical benefits as I have a wife who is having our first baby in Jan. I also must make ok money because I have a mortgage to pay (Mistake when I was younger, but it did get me interested in real estate!)
After some life changing experiences, spending time with my family is the most important thing to me, even if it means giving up on my dream of making it in real estate.
Enough about me.
So what I'm hoping is someone can give me advice on what kind of job I should persue where I can get my start in real estate?
I would really appreciate if Taz would comment as well since I have a great amount of respect for you judging by what I have read in your posts. Everyones oppinion is apprciated though!
