There are things that you can do to get rid of them, but not a 3rd party.Here's what you should do: Write to all 3 credit bureaus and dispute the inquiries and that they need to lump them together.

Process server can also post on the door and you have third party verification it was done, otherwise tenant can dispute. 

I would recommend trying to work it out with your agent, but if you cant do so, it should be noted it will cost you more to resolve than the resolution would be.Thanks,-Megan

If he drags his feet, remind him that a poor online review on a single dwelling will make re-renting difficult and likely cost more than the resolution.
