@Peter Sable First, focus heavily on the education piece by reading books, listening to podcasts, joining masterminds, and attending conferences.

I just met the team at the VRMA conference in Vegas.

A few points that I'm not sure where they got it from.Insurance is your 1st line of defense, then entity.Entities will not protect from gross negligence and require care/feeding (respecting the formalities).Entities are state creatures, tax structures are federal creatures.

It would be a good idea to attend conferences, meet-ups, and other similar events to network with investors.

Hello BP Community,Unfortunately, I was all registered to attend Note Expo when a work situation arose and I had to cancel.I live in the NY / NJ Metro area and I was curious if there were other note conferences in the future and if they might be on the east coast.In addition, are there note investor groups - similar to an REIA- around ?
