I plan on getting to know the management team, and the tenants, and using my profits to boost the living quality there more yet and reinvest in more commercial RE.

You know how you can get in a mental rut and get tunnel vision, and overlook the extremely obvious right in front of you??

I think before you spend the next decade working your tail off, you might give more consideration to precisely what you'll do with all the time and extra mental capacity you'll have by not worrying about money.

I think once a person has switched from the "work for my money" to the "make my money work for me" mentality that books like these are no longer needed. 

Its very investor friendly and whenever they get to building the new light rail it will be first stop in Gloucester County which will give a huge boost in accessibility.
