While the court may find in your favor....good luck actually collecting from her.Also I do suggest that if you end up in court....or in front of any sort of disciplinary body like the Boston Fair Housing Commission....you absolutely must get a lawyer.

I am 20 years old and graduated high school with the honors of both Valedictorian and Student Body President ( graduated with a small class of 122 students)I have been involved in investing for about 2 years have assisted with flipping my brothers homes @Jordan Atkin ( approximately  20 homes in 2 years) during this time frame. 

This would take 30 months to break even on if I had absolutely zero months of vacancy.  

What is your estimate of the renovation and how does it break down?  

I hate to break it to you, but this is a young mans world.
