I have found the Wa LL Association to be most helpful. 80 bucks a year!

I house hack the duplex and the other side pays most of my living costs associated with the property.

I would be getting the limited broker license in order to join an association and gain access to the MLS to list my home and to look for my next house. 

There's a huge rejection of work at the bottom end, spurred on by the pandemic and associated government benefits, and when the dust clears a lot of these jobs are going to be permanently gone and these former workers will be in serious trouble.

I graduated in 2018 with my engineering degree and have been working full-time ever since.

I should add, I have previously worked in real estate ( license is expired, but I would be willing to renew for the right opportunity) I have a Master's degree in Administration, and a Bachelor's in Business Finance...

How would you know what repairs look like, smell like, and what costs are associated with buying or investing.

That way you will have a degree with no distractions until your done.

I am currently taking a writing for business course as I pursue my degree.
