@J PerezI would encourage you to setup appointment with a few banks and see what they can offer.

Of course, a piece of paper can not hold title to real property; therefore you appoint a Trustee (a person or entity) to hold title as Trustee of the trust.

So, if I go in for a listing appointment, and decide that I want to buy the thing myself...... well, they already know that I am a Realtor, so that disclosure is out of the way.  

Probably better to have an LLC that appoints you as a manager if she is worried about you draining her bank accounts.

The broker could appoint individual agents to represent the respective parties and the agents would look out for their client's best interest.

So we set up an appointment to go look at it.
