Just like all markets, you really need to connect with a local agent who knows their craft and practices what they preach.

Sometimes it's used by rental agents who are trying to lure potential clients in with a bait and switch.When they field the calls from potential renters, they explain that the place has been rented but they have a few similar listings available.

You can also build a relationship with a good local agent and ask them to run comps for you, or in certain situations like selling a high-end home to a friend off market I’d recommend just paying for an actual appraisal.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Not as good as we were buying, but good enough to execute most of the sales before the world started unraveling.The best decision we made during our disposition process was seeking out seasoned agents who were specialists in their market niches and letting them work their magic in their market specialties.

I got a mobile home rented land near Rockport, TX that I'm looking to sell fairly quickly but I'm having a hard time finding an agent that can help me list this property to sell.

Any "ward" in Houston should get some questions going, but majority of Houston based agents will push this ad nauseum especially the one's on here and have been the better part of the last 2 years. 3rd ward for MTRs, STRs, and travel nurses and 5th ward for fix & flips; but only an idiot would buy a 5th ward property without doing their diligence.

Find people on the forums, at meetups, and really anywhere who can give you a general overview of the landscape and help you come up with a plan.We help people thru this all the time both investors and agents.
