Advertising is no longer a significant expense, since Craigs List is free, but I add a budget of 3% of the vacancy rate so that I can cover extra advertising like social media and for-rent web sites.

Works for the county as a social worker.I think that this started as one small personal charge here and one personal charge there as a form of unofficial payment for handling the association's business and then spiraled out of control once the charges had gone unnoticed.I have only looked 6 months back.
