I’m ALL for tax mitigation but sometimes I embrace the risk of owing Uncle Sam if it means I grew my liquidity by doing it then paying some taxes was not  the end of the world.

Now we have decided to pay Uncle Sam Tax and move on to next chapter with remaining amount and start Real Estate business (BRRRR, Flip, Multifamily) Portfolio.
