We just put our 3/2/2 back on the market for $1300 and are getting a bunch of responses just by putting a sign in the front yard.

A seller who's in a pinch may be desperate for money to salvage equity, however an owner focused on (or "coveting") another property as only a shiny object must convinced that the opportunity they are chasing is that much better than the one they're hoping to liquidate.

We have 2 bids on properties, one for a flip (we think) and one for a buy and hold.On the home that we might flip, if we were to get it, it needs a LOT of clean up in the home and the yard.

I paid the property manager to handle the yard work, a new coat of paint, carpet cleaning and the like.

Of course, I don't have the bells and whistles they offer, but I do have a small yard for dogs and raised garden beds which could be a wash amenities wise.
