As I close out 2017 i want to to share another successful year investing BUT even after doing this for 14 years I made mistakes and learnt some hard lessons. 1) bought and rehabbed 6 houses. 2) pushed my total rental unit count to over 75.3) paid a roofer from CL to do a roof who went MIA 4) reduced my evictions to under 10%5)lost 8 tenants all at once. 6)pushed my total occupancy rate to 93%7) survived 2 larger fires.I would love some input on how your 2017 turned out and share some wins and losses.
