Like you said I think transport from the train in Hudson to Catskill would be a worthwhile investment...many of the tourist that come to Hudson come via train with no type of transport otherwise.

Larger buildings, higher risk areas or higher valued buildings may command the worthwhile consideration for higher limits inclusive of the possible umbrella/excess policy purchase.As it relates to property, only purchase policies covering "special" causes of loss. 

I think there are a couple of high priced groups that might be worthwhile. 

Buying  strategies in this sellers market would be a worthwhile discussion.  

But I will say I just got it and will make a few posts later to let people know the process and progress to find out if it’s worthwhile.

There is a HUGE difference in my mind between saying here is what I am willing to offer for your property vs saying here is what your property is worth while planning to add an assignment fee and immediately sell the contract to a list of buyers.Just ask yourself, if you met with a seller as a wholesaler and were completely honest and open about your intentions and shared your knowledge of the marketability of the property, would the seller sign a contract?

Lol that’s an understatement, but what is easy that is actually worthwhile? 

The coach himself, and I believe Michael as well, stated that it would take this amount of time but would be a worthwhile activity to identify areas in which there were single family homes, with X amount of equity, and be most attractive to pursue as an investor.
