I just finished up at Sheppard!

The village of Globeville has become hot the past 12 months and I wonder if anyone has any thoughts or would share with me if you would invest there?

I wonder if with the umbrella policy for protection our properties be ok in our personal names so that we can get the fixed interest rates.

Because Saturday and Sunday only amounted to two days, and you would have no business-related activities on these days, the fact that you had to stay until/through Monday to finish the seminar, still means that majority of the time there was spent on deductible activities - thus whole trip, including air and hotel is deductible.

Just wondering if this is a legitimate way of avoiding the full effect of a recapture. 

Wondering if arbitration is the way to go?

Considering selling it once it's completely finished since I was pretty much already getting the market max on rent before this all happened.

I cane across a motivated seller and he was so concerned about selling me the property because he kept wondering what was in it for me since I'm not a realtor but he was kinda delusional because I explained to him what i did multiple times but these kinds of experiences and things that we're gonna have to deal with as wholesaler so you'll be find.

Maybe it will be a good number maybe not, but really I want to form a relationship with them and eventually try to workout a line of credit for future deals.I plan to provide a detailed folder with the current project start to finish, and show them the numbers from the BP calculator and how I worked the entire process.  

It appears to cash flow well, but I've never done a deal this big before and I'm wondering if there is a good place on these forums in which I could post the terms we're looking at and ask community members their thoughts, as well as for advice and any red flags.
