They will tell you how much they would charge to remove/replace the system for a reroof if needed (usually $1,000-2,000 if it’s a typical rectangular array, or may be covered under warranty), as well as what the terms of the lease are if you want to negotiate for the seller to prepay the remainder of it, transfer it, etc.

Will it look like a professional job with a nice 1/4" or so bead, applied sufficiently to fill the crack/seam/joint (but not use an 1" wide 2" deep 'bead' because the carpentry/masonry/trim/backer-rod wasn't done properly and the caulk is used to hide crappy craftsmanship)?
