Once lead is a known factor, it must be disclosed, no checking the box stating you have no knowledge of lead, so the seller and listing agent likely do not want the test performed.

Honestly, I'm curious to see what the other, more established and knowledgeable BP members have to saw about the market here in Bend, but I've got some general feedback: Prices have been steadily on the rise for quite a few years now and there was/is a "housing crisis" due to the high demand and low supply.

I've never told the manager I wouldn't be happy to accept section 8 vouchers, I have no knowledge of any of these tenants, and I haven't even been in touch with management concerning the property's vacancy.

I don't actually own the business (just lease to the business for them to sub-lease to residents) and therefore have a more primitive knowledge of the guidelines.
