I’m curious where your rents are compared to market rents?

Hi community,Outside of the bigger pockets tools such as the rental calculator, what do you use to do that math and understand how much to charge rent and determine where you to buy real estate. 

My name is Elliot and I'm currently a NYC resident and i would like to ask for guidance on where to start investing in NYC i would like to invest in a multifamily unit here in NYC but the prices are a bit high.

Since it's in Austin where I am located I am thinking of giving it a bounce.

You are hitting a point where local banks will not be able to help you due to your number of properties split between (2) banks.

I understand that, but if you keep it as a primary residence and do some sort of house hacking deal where you rent out rooms, can you get passed that?
