Drunk roommates, a roommate leaving a door unlocked and there's a break-in, theft among roommates, one person lets tub or sink overflow, someone causes a stove top fire, someone leaves a candle burning, someone smokes, roommates get in a fight, etc.Plus noise.

Sort of like how I cannot understand why anyone would ever smoke cigarettes.

You accept that you cannot get there instantaneously; you accept that you will travel the distance, and in time, you will arrive at your destination.

Here's my experience: accept the Section 8 applicant, inspector comes about a week after; he's required to fail you based on one minor infraction, such as a loose wall plate, missing fire extinguisher, smoke alarm without battery, etc.

I bought the E-Myth Revisted right before I went on vacation last week and was able to get through a good chunk of it on the travel days. 

The reason that it works so well locally is because many investors seem to have the same assumptions as you that it can't be done and that I must be smoke and mirrors or something and they do not even try. 

Being able to get up and decide you dont wnat to work for a year while you travel the world has always gave me such a rush of excitement, to acutally be free and not stuck on that 9 to 5 slave cycle where your life depends on a job you care nothing about.

I closed 20 deals the last couple months doing this - doing the marketing and partnering with other wholesalers - while I was traveling in my RV.
