The seller is on board from the beginning it's just the insurance company that is being a pain now.I will have to check into the various possibilities.At least I have until March to get something done.I guess I need to call her insurance company to see exactly how it could be resolved.I need to call the owner of the insurance company so whatever we come up with I have it in writing so he can't change what one of his employees said was correct,etc.
