This is real wealth building. 

My only real fear is the proverbial house of cards -- I don't recall the name but I believe a different syndication guru recently and losing an investment entirely is what concerns me.

Purchase price: $675,000 Cash invested: $120,000 Property taken back by lenders in the economic downturn and Housing crises in 2008, in the Las Vegas, NV, Valley.

I am ready to purchase another and looking at going thru the Auction.com,  would love some insight and to hear from an investor who has gone this route in California.

I just read 5 books (out of print, published between 1979 and 1986) all related to wealth building thru real estate “trading and exchanging” (not for tax free exchange).These were the most convoluted, confusing, and unfocused real estate books I ever read!

They usually have some good photogs for real estate.Also, make sure you get one that doesn't keep the rights to the photos.

It's accelerated a lot from there but real estate is and always will be a long-game.

Real estate here has exploded in the 3 years since I got the LOC. paying 5 - 7% in fees for a $95k or so LOC seems ridiculous to me??
