Tenant was complaining the crapper wasn’t flushing right so I had my handyman go fix The old toilet and he cleaned crusty poop out from under the rim with his hands while the tenant stood and watched .. he got the pressure working and flush returned .

We also had to reinstall a new post in the two car garage and lifted it by two inches, this took the pressure off the bedrooms above and the the doors and windows started to work again.
