Go to the local RIG meeting its once a week you will meet all the players there in Jackson its a fairly tight knit investing community.. bunch of nice folks

@Ericka Grant I really enjoy living here, but I wouldn't want to invest here just due to having to deal with the inefficiencies of the city.I don't have a GC that's compatible with East Point, but I could give you the names of the REA's that are the major players in the neighborhood.

That competition can easily outweigh the value of the market size, especially with a couple big players in the market.
