@Antonio Evans   I think in the last couple decades we have a mis conception of what an Investor is.IN my mind and investor is usually someone who has a good to great job .. saves some money and Invests in some passive real estate.. while building their carrier and finances.Its not really that easy or possible to go from Zero to investor without some outside income and substantial at that.. ergo folks recommending you continue your sales career.. sales is one of the highest paying anyone can enter fields there is ..

Live cheaper, outside the city but able to reach it without having to drive and pay huge amounts for parking.If I were in the area still, that's the gamble I think I'd take as the likelihood of this expansion is pretty good with the success of the project as a whole

I think I need to think outside of the box and stop screwing around with these tiny SFH homes and go to larger MFH.

I understand getting the seller to hold any paper solves all this but I'm looking for methods outside of the traditional.

So I recently started with a mentor and he's telling me to look outside of my county here in NY (Yonkers) specifically and try to find something in a tertiary market that I could add value too.
