Should I organize my receipts by property, or is it fine to keep them all in one folder?

Closet organizers can be fairly cheap, but convert a smaller space to more useful storage solution. 

Get a title company/lawyer/real estate agency involved to hold it as an 3rd party.I don't know if I'd be 100% sketched out at this point, but I'd start putting time limits on them.A lot of people are VERY bad book keepers and have terrible organization.

It's been almost two years and I'd like to propose a partnership where I would write up a plan, organize, and manage things and she would obviously provide the property. 

However, this is a business and I want to make sure it is functioning properly.

I have a daughter with autism and this would be a great way to give her the opportunity to live independently by leasing a house to an organization that cares for adults with disabilities.

Paying bills, organizing files and preparing taxes are not part of the hours required as these are "investor activities"?
