Good day- I have the opportunity to purchase a single family 4 bedroom and 5 bedroom house in Baltimore near Hopkins. I believe these properties would be excellent for disability/senior housing to rent by the room. Does anyone have a property management company that specializes in this type of product? Please advise. Thank you.
