Propstream seems to be very popular and I signed up for an account but I'm confused about what to do once I have a list of leads.

We have actually had multiple offers on a few of our rentals with one going $200 over list and that was listed $700 over 3 years ago.

I have listed the upper unit for rent 2 months ago and the lower unit 1.5 months ago, I am wondering if anyone has advice on what I should do differently?

I am currently looking to set up an LLC to list our 3 short term rentals under.

Pros to this are I could sell with more money in my pocket than I could listing it, cons are that I lose my VA entitlement for 2 years, which to me isn't a huge deal, as I don't have enough entitlement left to buy house at my next duty station anyway.Thanks, and Happy Memorial Day!

The property is listed with a licensed professional real estate agent with an in-house network and a network with the MLS service, Realtor.com nationwide, and perhaps a number of other sites.  

I was thinking about driving for dollars to build a list of at least 3,000 properties.

in the meantime you could also get an agent to give you pricing on what it could sell for and get ready to list it.

That one has been on my list for awhile.
