I'm planning on sending them a notepad with my logo on it 4-6 months after initial contact as a reminder also.I am also getting involved with my local Board of Realtors, but many smaller agents who are not full time do not participate much which is why I am trying to target them this way.

I was dealing with a house that was only from the 50's and you just have no idea how much I regret not just ripping off all the drywall in kitchen and bathroom and arranged for the SOW and budget to incorporate the plumbing and electrical (I might have guessed about the sub-floor but not really the rotten and unsupporting studs).

I was emailing with a REI marketing company today when my wife and biz partner (@Elizabeth Wilson) threw out the not practical but crazy idea of "live bandit signs" where we hire beautiful and buff people to body paint with our "we buy houses" logo and have them walk around busy intersections in Memphis.Obviously we aren't going to do this, but it did get me thinking about other ways we could market that takes current ideas and tweak them in unusual ways.
