Also, it depends how good of a deal you get and how good an operator (or the one you work with) are.Assuming you buy the "right" property in the "right" place overseas, you'd typically have a higher unlevered ROI overseas because a) a like-kind property would be cheaper and b) the (high) season could be longer and therefore the revenue higher.The US used to have the advantage of the financing (availability + interest rate).

Hey Daniel,We specialize in market rate rents and don't wade in the section 8 market but having a good property management company is paramount to placing good tenants and setting the right expectations for how the rental property should be treated while the tenant is living there. 

You can really tell that on reviewing the comps with a good agent on the MLS.

You can still keep your W2 and run the biz on the side.Real estate is mostly good in creating net worth.

I am not guy of recommends labor, but San Antonio has a good amount of contractors that make a good work, just ask for their previous projects. 

Or they were randomly approached with an offer that was too good to refuse (an unsolicited offer is gold!!)
