It would cause a multi-year global depression. 

In Minnesota that is summer, since people don’t Like moving in the winter and after spring semester but before fall semester since we’re near universities.

Hey so I’m finally going to get started with my real estate journey but before hand I wanted to know if anyone in the BP universe has dealt with any investor friendly lending institutions here in Jacksonville,FL  preferably one that lets you build through a corporation I’ve heard good things about community first but I want to know if there are any others out there. 

More generally, can these concepts and ideas be applied globall?

They are owned by a university and are a great investment.

I went to school at ARkansas state university in Jonesboro and now live in Houston.

I will be transferring from a community college to the University of Houston later in the spring and have about $7,000 saved up and hope to have $10,000 or $9,000 by the end of this year.

If something goes wrong like say, tenants stop paying due to a global pandemic, you have not only risked the property you bought but also the property the LOC is based off of.
