A range hood can 'usually' be tapped into an existing 15amp circuit (14/2 wiring) depending on the fan draw, as some of the Asian exhaust Hoods draw a lot of amps.

Keep in mind, as @Brian Burke stated, your LLC  members would still have to follow the syndication rules which entails for 506c - all accredited or for 506b - you must have pre-existing substantive relationship with all of them!

@Ryan L. appreciation and cash flow tend to exist on opposite ends of a spectrum and your investment strategy should move along a sliding scale between the two based on a variety of factors.

I don't have a lease with them (they've paid on time every month) and, as far as I'm aware, there isn't a written lease leftover from the previous owner (doesn't mean it doesn't exist, though).
