They had cleared out very little and it took my son and I the whole day to clear most of the items out of the house.We were approached by no less than 5 neighbors throughout the day making comments about how glad they were to have the place cleaned up, how shocked they were that people would live that way, and how sorry for us they were that we had to clean up after them.

I do not see the home selling for more that $40,000 at the time, I do hope to clean up the area and make it more desirable to people.
