More buyers in the metro areas, Omaha for one is seeing a bit of a tech boom getting new Amazon, Facebook, and Google data centers. 

I live in New York City and the entry level for anything here is way above my possibilities.

Both are great units to house hack, since they have their own entry points to the unit so essentially you would never see the tenant. 

Often times you get better matches when you skip trace with the data provider when procuring the leads.

That data certainly feels true on the front lines.

Then, skiptrace the data (you can use Batchskiptracing).

It's in the systems we find efficiency and data driven results.

I would tend to steer you towards Black Mountain, Brevard, Waynesville over Canton, as I believe they are more desirable, but ultimately, go off what the data shows and if you can meet your target CoC, etc, then it could be a great opportunity.

I am putting in the pirchase price in that field and completing the rest of the data.
