I havent looked at the zoning laws in your city but if you approach it by telling the city that you're basically just trying to update your garage, they will most likely be in favor of this because nicer properties make everyone's property values go up.

IE the way most are taught and the only way they can start is to basically violate the license laws..

The fact they are complaining online might be an indication the property manager dealt with them properly so be sure to ask the manager for their side of the story.I hope this basic guide helps.

The IPMC is a maintenance document intended to establish minimum maintenance standards for basic equipment, light, ventilation, heating, sanitation and fire safety.

Basically just a premium for the realtor to walk properties, take a video, and do whatever other legwork might be needed.
