Back in the day   before FHA loans  and other low down payment programs that are out there today.. 

I was wondering what programs anyone has used to track income/expenses?

Texas Rent Relief Program will pay a number of months rent and utilities.  

I would also need to consult with the guidelines to determine if adjacent lots are acceptable on a program of that nature?

I'm looking for a program that will help me find contact info for non owner occupied and multifamily properties.
