, stuff like that is a no for me dawg.Picky guests that ask a lot of questions up front are always a problem - get a retired couple that just wants to golf for a week, they are the best guests (make sure you have directions for them on how to work the TV lol). 

Personally I have not yet marketed my deals under 506(c) where you can advertise and solicit broadly using platforms like social media, tv, radio, etc. 

waste if time, the first course is free, then they sucker you into the next 1 witch is $200-$300, then they try to get 25k out of you for there "mastering course" i told them i couldnt afford it and they had the balls to tell me to go to creditcards.com and call them back when i have the cash or credit. its like a tv show when its just getting to the good part, then goes to commercial and you have to pay for the rest. if you know the basics of investing there is nothing you will learn there.

I look at the podcasts on the internet as the new TV.

We have a local Standard TV and Appliance that is great customer service but more spending for sure.

We will also soon be getting TV service and maybe someday even cell phones!!!
