New and ready to explore REI in Colorado Springs

Just found the forum today and already have spent 8+ hours on this rainy day absorbing such great material from podcasts to book PDF and the forums.

At a crossroads with my 16yr IT business and looking to diversify into REI. Still working full time but need to plan the 10yr exit strategy now and also have some fun doing it.

Looking to find out what works for others in this specific market.

Ready to do some direct-mail marketing for wholesale leads to get some cash flow going and learn the local market and investor community. Would like to know what needs the investors/flippers have so I can target specific homes / communities.

I plan to hit up the local REI club meetings and mingle as step 1.
