THE HOUSE IS ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE LOCAL POLICE STATION WHICH THEY ARE AWARE OF SO I WOULD THINK THAT IF THEY WERE INTO ANYTHING ILLEGAL THAT THEY WOULDN'T LIKE BEING SO CLOSE TO THE COPS.BOTH HAVE BAD CREDIT FROM THE CAR CRASH BUT SEEM TO BE FINALLY GETTING ON THEIR FEET.

I know this is a weird topic to put my 2 cents on, but my sister-in-law is a forensic scientist for Michigan State Police and she deals very specifically with this issue, so it's something I accidentally know more than I want to know about. lol

Yes milipitas had some bad smell due to landfill ..another thing to consider.san jose has more homeless and more crime...mipitas police force is nearly half of san joses ..tho milpitas is much smaller in size.

There is benefit to lying in every profession and liars in every profession, including police, doctors, teachers, you name it. 

This is what I was thinking but I also wanna get it professionally cleaned the police said there was brain matter everywhere.  

Obviously the police should be involved.

I had to call the police on this individual to prevent any violence.

Most memorable was years ago,, 6 plex, guy lived on 3rd floor,, fell off the wagon, his toilet busted water ran down thru the ceiling and damaged 2nd and 1st floor.. he threatened everyone in the building, LOUD music,, Numerous police calls,, all in about a weeks time.. then he threaten fire.. he was going to burn the place down..

My 2/1 got $800.The tenants that I vetted are all very good and all current- I am owed $0 in past due rent.That being said, I did have a local police officer tell me earlier in the year that he thinks Spanish Lake is one of the worst neighborhoods in St Louis county. 

Police investigation found 6 bullets lodged into the house.
