I have the other side up for $1450 for a 1br. the guy next door to me has 2br townhomes (3 of them) that he gets 1600 a unit that are all updated, but i still think he is low. most 2BR in german village i'd start at 1800 a month. i laughed this year when i saw an article that said rents in columbus were decreasing. not for anyone i know. even around the university district. i haven't dropped rents for myself or one client since i started in real estate 2 and a half years ago in columbus hope that helps
