So if it is listed on both services, I can't imagine google/meta/tiktok ads will help.

It's one service for banking and accounting, so you can categorize transactions as you make them, as opposed to having to log into a second system later once you have forgotten what the transaction was for.

Fees for this service can vary depending on your location and the complexity of the transfer.

With that in mind, here would be my priority order based on what you have written:1) Have all the houses inspected so you know about major deferred maintenance. 2) Pay for an appraisal on all homes so you know if you are getting a good deal. 

I am based out of NYC, but am currently active in the WNC market and I travel down quite frequently so would be interested in attending in-person events as well.

@Eli KingThe seller would need to contact the servicer of their loan and confirm it’s assumable.You would then need to qualify with that servicer plus have the funds to cover the difference between what remains on the loan and the purchase price for the home.
