We have a newly purchased 3/2.5 SFR (with really good schools) and too many applications!

If you didn't just graduate from college then you'll have to wait another year.

My dad was a cpa and schooled me over the years.  

Work jobs in between your school schedule save all that money.

It looks like the schools aren't very good, but it is very close to a lot of things (some new construction nearby, not many rentals in the area except to the West about 20 blocks. 

I've primarily looked into courses through the community colleges and various Arizona Real Estate schools, but definitely open to other suggestions.

I'm a high school teacher who would like to use BRRRR to help me reach financial freedom. 

When I first started looking I had a decent amount of money for an 18 year old fresh out of high school but the market was crazy enough to where I was only finding places that appeared to have no hidden value even if you were to fix it up.

This house is in a wonderful residential area a block from an elementary school.
