Investors that are well capitalized, own properties in high demand markets, with strong pop/job growth forecasts will obviously be better positioned to weather any storm.All markets I’m currently monitoring, and these are high pop/job markets with strong property demand, have not yet had any drops in property price levels.

I'm a promoter by nature and make my sales by promoting products I believe in and letting the products basically sell themselves.I'm not aggressive, pushy or manipulative so "sales" have never been my thing.I was also used to being creative with how I served people (I don't fit well in a box) and there really is NO room for creativity with a license, because the licensed world is heavily regulated and monitored.
