My husband and I liquidate the contents of homes and businesses, and quite frequently, we run into situations where the property owners / executors need the property to be liquidated as well, but we refer them to a Realtor.

@Jim Brown, I'm not normally a fan of that style of house either, but I keep running into them as possibilities here in Buffalo, and I think they all look much better with this roof design piece :) I'd love to add something like this if I end up purchasing a split level/raised ranch.
