I am now trying to just buy a house for myself using this method(pre-foreclosure).My problem is I can't find the phone of these people who's house is on foreclosure so that I can call and make an offer.What should I do?

I like MikeOH's analysis method that he has alluded to elsewhere, where if the property wouldn't cash flow at $0 down, then it's not a good deal.
