For all you know someone saw it was vacant/empty and broke in, casually hauled the stuff into their truck in broad daylight like they were movers and are currently selling the appliances a county over on Craigslist

@John Chang I would add a truck & extra trail to my trucking company 15-20k buy 2 properties under 30k have 10-15 left over to work with

Fresh corn on the cobb in the corn trucks.. going to the farms and buying fresh cheese and meats etc.

My maintenance crew consist of 2 guys with a truck , tools , etc .

That seems a bit high, I'd bet you can do it for closer to $40-50K....McCollum Trucking in Monroe NC might make the trip. 

Also please keep responses kind please, I'm giving 110% effort in this and have raised my credit 180 points in 9 months and paid every debt but my truck and student loan off since then.

Unless getting lots of registered mail is something you get pleasure from (as well as watching the mail truck pull up and get the sweats when the postal worker comes to the door), I'd run screaming from kay's deal. jmp
