I'm starting the book: Long-Distance Real Estate Investing by David Greene. 

I've recently read 6 books on the subject, but seem to be re-reading over and over two books: Long Distance Real Estate Investing (Greene) and BRRRR (also by David Greene) and as they say, follow the fire.

The Med Center is a target spot for us right now with all of the new green lit construction and jobs being added, so we decided to keep it.

I have been listening to the BP RE podcast for while and reading books to educate myself.Now, I don’t know how to start because i don’t know if I can get a loan since I’m not a green card holder yet.

If I could do it over, I absolutely would have requested the full six months (on top of terminal leave) and applied for the opportunity to work (unpaid internship) with David Greene or Brandon Turner like a few others have done in the past.
