I started watching tons of videos and reading a bunch of books and started researching the area I want to invest in then I came to the realization that I may be getting into a trap by investing in duplexes or triplexes in Ontario. 

I was researching on a different thread on LendingOne and LoanGuys and I realized it’s not an easy process and not worth it.

Setting yourself up for an awkward conversation when you realize the cat lives in the home.

So based on that, I would not be able to realize the full 10K incentive. 

Two years later, I looked at my monthly bank statement and realized that after renting out the other side of the duplex and renting the other rooms in my half, I was living rent-free and even pocketing a little every month.

However, I stumbled upon the glamping niche, realized I could do it with some relatively small savings and low to no income, so I bit the bullet and set up an operation, paying for everything in cash and doing a lot of the work myself.

Projections are NOT realized returns, meaning just because something "penciled-out" to make that does not mean it actually will.

I realize now that I just don't have the time or energy to DIY all these properties anymore. 

But when you realize that you are getting the property back, things are already in motion.

Looking to do my first deal realizing that this is the best time to buy Real Estate.
